With a rich background spanning more than twenty years in the technology sector, Kevin M. Pasquinelli stands out as a seasoned intellectual property litigator. His proficiency extends across diverse technological domains, including digital hardware, medical devices, system and enterprise software, telecommunications, and network management software. Kevin has effectively represented a wide-ranging client base, from emerging startups to Fortune 500 corporations, in disputes related to patents, trade secrets, licensing, and trademarks.

Kevin's profound comprehension of intricate technical subjects is rooted in a blend of practical experience and formal education. Prior to his legal career, he held various roles in technology and management at a multinational IT company and multiple Silicon Valley startups. Kevin holds an M.S. degree in computer engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

A graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, Kevin received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. Currently, he leads the International Trademark Association's task force dedicated to crafting a licensing guide for non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
